High building plays a significant role in the city. Its outside is a landmark image, its inside is a high density container. Its base is a congregation ground for flowing commuters. Sitting in the center of the city, the project becomes a meeting point for all these elements.

The shape of this tower adequately considers its relationship with surrounding buildings, and gives priority to quality urban public spaces within the building. Each side of this tower communicates with different urban settings, with each showing different expressions. As a result, this edifice presents a unique and diverse sharp-cut figure as seen from every street around the site. The design of the tower surfaces limits any complicated decorations, leaving simple flat surfaces to north, west and south facades. The tower shows huge visual power by its 200-meter height expressed by its tall and straight body, with vertical lines rising from ground to the sky.
