1. Strong passion for and dedication to architecture and urban research, with excellent critical and analytical thinking abilities, good architectural sensitivity, and strong visual and written communication skills;
2. Overseas background, with a master’s degree or higher from an internationally renowned institution in architecture, planning, landscape, urban studies, cultural studies, architectural and urban theory, or related fields;
3. Over three years of experience in design research, including work in research institutions or internationally renowned firms;
4. Participation in various research or publication projects, familiarity with domestic and international academic resources and different research methods, with experience in organizational coordination and team collaboration;
5. Knowledge and experience in architectural media work such as curation, exhibition design, and publication design;
6. Excellent English skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), capable of working in an English environment, and proficiency in various design-related software.
