Meng Yan was invited to participate in a theme summit at UIC

On October 19, 2023, Meng Yan was invited to participate in the At Home with the Collective: A Summit on Communal Housing organized by the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Architecture. Meng Yan shared a lecture titled “Mini, Hybrid, and Collective: Alternative Urban Dwelling in Chinese Megacities” with audience at the event and on the livestream.
