On September 16th, 2023, the Exhibition of Restoration Xixinglongjie 2023 were held at the Fayuan Museum, Beijing. The exhibition responds to the issues of how to balance “space restoration” and “history and memory restoration” under the situation of both preservation and regeneration of the old city by displaying the design of 7 architects involved in the project of Restoration Xixinglongjie in Qianmen East, Beijing.
The plot D design project ” Urban Labyrinth” participated by Yan Meng, the host designer, was exhibited. Wang Hui attended the opening event as one of the forum hosts.
