Zhouxin Town, over a hundred years ago, began writing a legend of a city built by human hands. Today, after years of sedimentation, it retains the genes of urban manufacturing and exhibits a unique paradigm of production and life emerging from the interplay of old and new orders—an invaluable urban cultural sample of Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. “A Century of Life, Zhouxin Reborn”: Only by respecting and preserving historical authenticity can we shape an urban historical and cultural district where local culture remains vibrant over time. Through in-depth historical documentation and on-site research, we have outlined a narrative thread for spatial transformation, proposing a development model oriented toward intervention and implementation. This gradual, point-to-area activation strategy aims to promote the revitalization of the area.
