ABSTRACT  URBANUS Architecture & Design Inc. has developed a “making on-site” concept for the Kingway Brewery regeneration project. According to the author, it means the advent of the Experimental Cultural Factory 3.0 model: cultural operations continue to lead the transformation of industrial relics. The Kingway Brewery project incarnates multi-dimensional “empathetic” production applied to industrial relics in terms of its rebirth strategy and spatial transformation. This article analyzes the strategy of “making on-site” in three aspects: the rebirth mode, multi-dimensional scene, and space experience. It reveals the approach to creating an “empathetic” experience while transforming industrial relics into cultural landmarks. “Density” manufacturing and spatial presentation can afford empathetic experiences with mixed information now and then, reviving the memory of industrial relics and illustrating its rebirth mode.
